Today I'm going to begin the Gina Livy Program (AGAIN). I signed up last Fall, and didn't complete the program, so I switched to the Winter session and didn't complete that either. I still have the app installed on my phone and today will be Day 1 of Prep Week. For the month of May I want to follow the Anti-Inflammatory Mediterranean Diet Plan, in combination with No Meat May. Both the Gina Livy program and the 8-Week Challenge plan meet the guidelines for healthy eating.
TruGreen came today and applied granular fertilizer and spray weed control.
