I've had back pain off and on for the last few years, but lately the episodes are becoming more frequent and lasting longer. I've been previously diagnosed with Degenerative Disk Disease and Piriformis Syndrome, plus my back was injured in a car accident in 2017. The aging process is the mostly likely reason for the continued deterioration of my spine, the compression of my discs, and the pinched nerves.

I've been dealing with a lot of pain this year. My right knee, my left hip and my left shoulder hurt all the time, day and night. I work on joint mobility and physiotherapy exercises to help, and I ice and rest as necessary.

Hopefully these will help ease the pain in my right knee, left hip, and lower back, plus decrease the numbness and tingling in my hands and shoulders.

Today I purchased an online video course called Nervous System Release from Movement World. It's produced by a couple of physiotherapists from Finland. The course contains a number of physiotherapy videos for exercises to do at home. 

1. Upper body nervous system release 15 min
2. Lower body nervous system release 15 min
3. Tightness in the hamstring muscles 5 min
4. Tightness in the neck and shoulders 10 min
5. Sciatic and piriformis syndrome 7 min
6. Numbness in the hands 10 min

Releases stubborn tightness that regular stretching hasn't addressed.

✅ Provides relief from numbness in hands or feet.

✅ Releases stress and stress-related tension.

✅ Promotes relaxation and a lighter feeling.
