I decided to sign up for a 1-year paid subscription to Team Body Project. I had a 20% discount and IF I actually do the workouts it will be worth the price. If I don't do them I'll have thrown my money away. However, I feel the need to get back into a fitness routine and attending live fitness classes at the Older Adult Centre isn't possible with all the medical appointments that I attend with Dennis.
