I think it made a difference in my sleep quality. I slept really well last night with a sleep score of 83 which included 1 hr 18 min deep sleep. That's incredible for me. Some nights I've had as little as 6 minutes deep sleep. Dennis didn't cough much last night either which helped as well because I'm a very light sleeper.


We're going to order Wonton Soup from Mom's (Restaurant) for lunch, and for dinner tonight I'm making Carb Smart Wonton-Inspired Turkey Meatballs with Stir-Fried Veggies (a HelloFresh recipe).
