Discussion:
Rain is expected to move into southern Ontario tonight and taper off Friday. The rain may fall heavily at times.

Localized flooding may occur in areas of poor drainage. The frozen ground will have a reduced ability to absorb this rainfall.

Today's Journal 

I had a terrible sleep last night. I woke up at 12:46 am and could NOT get back to sleep. I tried for over an hour ad finally gave up, came downstairs, made SleepyTime tea, and waited until I thought I could relax... then I slept from 4:04 am to 8:02 am (but poorly). I was so tired I ended up take a nap in the afternoon for 1 1/2 hours.
