This sciatica back pain is terrible and relentless. I'm going to start following the Sciatica Pain Relief exercises from Movement World.
1. Walk 2-5 minutes every one or two hours.
2. Lie flat on your back with your legs up on a chair seat or a stack of pillows, for 2-20 minutes. Sometimes placing a towel or a small pillow under your lower back helps.
3. Do the piriformis stretch standing, laying down or sitting.
