Today I purchased an online video course called Nervous System Release from Movement World. It's produced by a couple of physiotherapists from Finland. The course contains a number of physiotherapy videos for exercises to do at home.
1. Upper body nervous system release 15 min
2. Lower body nervous system release 15 min
3. Tightness in the hamstring muscles 5 min
4. Tightness in the neck and shoulders 10 min
5. Sciatic and piriformis syndrome 7 min
6. Numbness in the hands 10 min
