This morning I created my exercise schedule for the month of March. My goal is to complete all my Justin Agustin Mobility workouts; and Movement World Nervous System Release workouts. Hopefully these will help ease the pain in my right knee, left hip, and lower back, plus decrease the numbness and tingling in my hands and shoulders.
