I had another terrible night. My mind is overthinking everything and I can't stop fretting. I'm literally making myself sick with worry. I woke up around 3:00 am and never could get back to sleep. I finally got out of bed at 4:25 am, came downstairs and worked on my laptop, paid bills, etc. I tried to take a nap on the couch but I couldn't get comfortable.
I went back to bed and napped for an hour from 6:49 am to 7:54 am. And in the afternoon I took another 45 minute nap.
